The position offers a base salary of $120,000–$160,000 depending on experience and production capabilities , with multiple compensation structures available. Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance may also be provided as part of a tailored package.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality medical and surgical care to companion animal patients

  • Perform comprehensive examinations and preventative healthcare

  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions

  • Develop individualised diagnostic and treatment plans

  • Perform routine surgical and dental procedures based on experience

  • Utilise appropriate diagnostic imaging and laboratory resources

  • Communicate diagnoses, treatment recommendations, and prognoses clearly with pet owners

  • Build positive and lasting client relationships

  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records

  • Collaborate with veterinary technicians and fellow clinicians

  • Participate in continuing education and professional development

  • Support and mentor colleagues where appropriate

  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative clinical environment

Candidate Profile

Applicants should hold a DVM or equivalent veterinary degree and hold, or be eligible to obtain, an appropriate veterinary licence.
