Associate Veterinarian

We are working on behalf of a well established small animal hospital in Montpelier, VA that is looking to add a full time Veterinarian to its team.

This is a practice built around comprehensive care, with doctors covering medicine, surgery, and dentistry across a varied small animal caseload. The hospital is equipped with digital x-ray and ultrasound, so you can work cases up properly in house rather than sending them elsewhere. What stands out most about this role is the schedule. Shifts are built around your availability, there is no on call, and there are no late night expectations, so you can leave on time and keep your evenings your own.

About You

• DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution
• You hold, or are eligible for, a Virginia veterinary license
• Comfortable with a broad small animal caseload including surgery and dentistry
• Strong communicator who works well alongside support staff and clients
• Committed to compassionate, up to date patient care
