We are working on behalf of an established, multi-doctor small animal hospital in Los Angeles, CA, that is looking for an Associate Veterinarian to join a team of six DVMs.
The clinic is able to offer incredible flexibility in the role; due to their expansion and not having to backfill, they can consider 3 or 4 days per week with limited weekends.
This teaching-focused practice is built around mentorship, collaboration, and ongoing learning, with a 3-to-1 staff-to-doctor ratio and advanced diagnostic equipment, including mobile ultrasound, digital radiography for full-body and dental imaging, and in-house lab capability. New graduates receive a personalized mentorship plan covering surgery, dentistry, radiology interpretation, and clinical consultation, while experienced doctors will find a well-resourced environment to practice confident, high-quality medicine.
The hospital is known for its supportive and inclusive culture, ideal for anyone who enjoys leading by example and fostering the next generation of veterinarians. The location puts you close to everything that makes Los Angeles special, from downtown to the beaches, mountains, and everything in between.
