Onsite Part Time Bio & Pharmacology & Health

We are working on behalf of a well established, mission driven nonprofit veterinary organization operating two full service hospitals in the Las Vegas, NV area.
This is a high volume, community focused practice known for delivering excellent medicine at accessible prices, seeing thousands of pets each year. The team is looking to welcome an Associate Veterinarian who thrives in a fast paced environment and is motivated by strong access to care values. You will see a broad and varied caseload including surgery, dentals, spay and neuter, and general medicine, with the occasional walk in or urgent case keeping every day interesting. The organization has built a strong support staffing model so you can focus on medicine rather than admin or financial conversations.
You will have the flexibility to decline procedures outside your comfort zone, while being encouraged to grow your skill set with support from experienced colleagues. Roles here can be shaped around your interests, whether that means a heavier surgical caseload, more time in general appointments, or a mix of both. Production is tracked to support financial sustainability, but the approach is collaborative rather than punitive. If you are looking for meaningful, high impact work in a values driven organization, this could be an excellent fit.
