About You:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
• Valid Indiana state license, or ability to obtain one
• Skilled communicator who enjoys building strong client relationships
• Competence or interest in dentistry and soft-tissue surgery
• Thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Interested in mentorship, leadership, or partnership opportunities
• Competitive base salary of $120,000–$140,000 plus monthly production (20% services / 10% products)
