Benewah Veterinary Clinic is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our collaborative, community-focused team in beautiful St. Maries, Idaho. If you're looking for a practice where you can enjoy surgery, practice high-quality medicine, and have the option to incorporate large animal work without it being required, we'd love to connect.
About the Practice
- Well-established mixed animal practice with a loyal, multi-generational client base
- Small animal-focused position with the opportunity to see large animals and participate in farm calls if desired
- Experienced, supportive team that values collaboration and mentorship
- Fully equipped with in-house diagnostics, digital radiology, ultrasound, and surgical capabilities
- Diverse caseload offering medical, surgical, and preventative care
- No after hours or weekend emergencies
The Role
- Perform routine soft tissue surgery and enjoy a balanced medical and surgical caseload
- Practice primarily small animal medicine, with optional large animal and farm call opportunities
- Collaborate with an experienced, supportive team committed to exceptional patient care
Requirements
Ideal Candidate
- DVM or equivalent, licensed (or eligible) in Idaho
- Passionate about high-quality medicine and client communication
- Newer graduates with a solid surgical foundation are encouraged to apply
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
