Job Title: Associate Veterinarian (DVM) Split Location Locations: NASA (Houston area) and La Marque, Texas
Position Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic Associate Veterinarian to join our privately and family-owned practice, splitting time between our NASA and La Marque locations. This role is ideal for a doctor who thrives on autonomy and wants to practice high-quality medicine in desirable areas south of Houston, such as Pearland, League City, or Galveston.
Schedule & Structure
Work Week: 4 days weekly, with a rotating Saturday (when a Saturday is worked, a half-day off is provided the following week).
Compensation: Competitive salary ($120k$150k, depending on location and experience) plus a Pro Sal structure. (Production)

Compensation and Benefits
DVM Pay Range: $120,000$150,000 (depending on location and experience), plus a Pro Sal structure.
Relocation Bonus: up to $15,000.
Time Off: Flexible and understanding scheduling; working a Saturday earns a 21 day off the following week.
Medical, Dental, and Vision: Plans through United Healthcare and VSP.
Paid Maternity Leave: up to 4 weeks, plus company‑paid Short‑Term and Long‑Term Disability.
Retirement: 401(k).
Professional Expenses: All professional items paid for: licensing, DEA, VIN, Plumb's, and other reasonable professional tools/subscriptions.
Annual bonus for all team members, team member discounts, scrubs ordered, and willingness to discuss desired equipment or certain medicine as part of the offer.
