The Opportunity

We're seeking a licensed Associate Veterinarian to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to practice quality medicine in a supportive, low‑pressure environment, without the overnight shifts, on‑call rotations, or production quotas common at larger corporate practices.

Accessibility is central to how we practice. Because we operate on lower margins and keep costs down for clients, we’re able to say “yes” more often — to the diagnostic workup, the imaging, the bloodwork — instead of constantly trimming the plan to fit a client's budget or a corporate revenue target. That means you get to practice the medicine you were trained to practice, recommend what the patient actually needs, and see cases through properly rather than compromising care to hit a number.

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree from an accredited institution
  • Active, unrestricted license (or eligibility for licensure) to practice veterinary medicine in Oregon
  • Strong clinical and surgical skills across general small animal practice
  • Excellent communication skills with clients and team members
  • New graduates and experienced veterinarians alike are encouraged to apply

Benefits

  • Competitive salary ($150,000–$200,000)
  • Predictable schedule — no overnights, no on‑call
  • Modern facility and equipment
  • Supportive, collegial team culture
  • Opportunity to help shape a growing independent practice in a small town that needs you, and appreciates you
  • Health insurance – no out‑of-pocket with low annual deductible for employees
  • PTO – generous paid and non‑paid
  • CE allowance
  • License/dues reimbursement
  • Retirement plan
