Compensation & Benefits

• Starting minimum base salary of $145,000
• Quarterly production incentives with no negative accrual
• $50,000 signing bonus for full‑time positions
• 4 day‑per‑week schedules
• Unlimited annual CE
• Up to $250/month student loan stipend
• Clinical Autonomy – Clinical decisions are made at the hospital level

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an AVMA‑accredited college or have successfully passed the ECFVG certification program or the PAVE certification program
• Possession of state veterinary license and willingness to continually meet licensing requirements
