Associate Veterinarian, General Practice
Bryn Mawr, PA | Full-time preferred, part-time considered | Base plus production (ProSal), $130,000 to $160,000, depending on experience
Responsibilities
- General medicine, preventive care, and appointment based exams
- Soft tissue surgery
- Comprehensive dentistry, including dental radiographs

Job Requirements
Required
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) from an AVMA-accredited veterinary college
- Active veterinary license in good standing in Pennsylvania (or eligible for licensure)
- Comfortable performing routine soft tissue surgery
- Comfortable performing comprehensive dentistry, including dental radiographs
- Willingness to see a full daily appointment caseload, not exam-only work
- Comfortable practicing collaboratively alongside colleagues who may practice differently (conventional or integrative), without needing to adopt their methods
- Strong client communication skills
Preferred
- Experience in general practice small animal medicine
- Comfort with AI-assisted documentation and modern practice-management systems
- Interest in ongoing clinical growth and continuing education
- For newer graduates: openness to mentorship and hands-on training
