Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $130,000/year
- Health & Wellness: Comprehensive medical insurance (including dental & vision) + Health Savings Account (HSA)
- Retirement: 401(k) with immediate vesting

- 40 hours sick time per calendar year
