Clinical Medical Director role supervising patient care, clinical quality, team development, and operations at a multi-location veterinary practice in Chicago.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead veterinarian on the clinic floor, overseeing patient care, clinical quality, and team development.
- Implement protocols, drive clinical standards, mentor veterinarians and nurses, and contribute to operational strategy and clinic growth.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver urgent and primary care in a modern veterinary model.
Qualifications
- DVM or VMD with a minimum of five years of clinical experience.
- Leadership or mentorship experience. Background in urgent care, dentistry, or surgery is a plus.
- Experience launching or scaling veterinary clinics is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base pay range: $145,000 –$200,000 per year
