Location Albion, United States Sector Other Salary $120,000.00 to $160,000.00 per annum

Atlas is excited to be working with this established small animal hospital in Albion, Michigan, which is looking to add an Associate Veterinarian to its team. The practice sees a broad small animal caseload, including wellness and preventative care, dentistry, radiology, ultrasound, ophthalmology and orthopedics, alongside walk-ins and emergencies. The variety gives veterinarians the opportunity to use a broad range of skills rather than being limited to one area of general practice.

The hospital has a strong focus on continuity of care and has built a loyal local client base over many years. Client feedback regularly highlights the team's ability to handle urgent cases, support pets with more complex needs and provide consistent care over time. That reputation means the incoming veterinarian will have the opportunity to build their own long‑term relationships with clients rather than simply working through a revolving appointment book.

The practice is open to veterinarians at different stages of their careers. Experienced DVMs have room to practise with autonomy, while new graduates have access to mentorship and clinical support through the wider veterinary team.
