A well-established small animal hospital in Alamogordo, NM is looking to welcome an Associate Veterinarian to its talented multi-doctor team!

This is a full-service general practice caring for dogs and cats, with a caseload spanning wellness and preventive care, dentistry, diagnostics, nutrition, senior care, and soft tissue surgery. The hospital is well equipped with digital radiography, a dedicated dental suite, an in-house laboratory, an in-house pharmacy, and reliable surgical support systems.

You will be joining an experienced three-doctor team, including a dedicated Medical Director, supported by a strong ratio of skilled technicians and client service representatives. The culture here is collaborative, fun loving, and drama free, with a genuine focus on mentorship and long-term career development.

The hospital is open seven days a week to meet client demand, so rotational weekend coverage will form part of the schedule, alongside flexible scheduling designed to support a strong work life balance.

About You:

• DVM or VMD degree from an accredited university, or equivalent
• Hold or be eligible for a Veterinary State License in New Mexico
• Passionate about patient care and building long term client relationships

• Base salary of $110,000 to $130,000 plus quarterly production bonus
• Up to $25,000 sign on bonus
