Location Los Angeles, United States Sector Other Salary $140,000.00 to $180,000.00 per annum
We are working on behalf of a thriving, privately owned small animal hospital in Hollywood, CA that is looking to welcome a third veterinarian to its established team.
Over the past five years the practice has grown quickly, building a loyal client base and a strong reputation for evidence-based medicine. The hospital has been fully renovated into a modern, spacious facility with a large lobby, four exam rooms, a doctor's office, a generous treatment area, a dedicated ultrasound room, a full surgery suite, and a dental suite. Ultrasound interpretation is supported through collaboration with board-certified surgeons and radiologists.
You would be joining two experienced veterinarians and a board-certified surgeon. The owner focuses on soft tissue surgery, internal medicine, oncology, and emergency cases, alongside a well-rounded general practice doctor, while the surgeon specializes in orthopedics and complex soft tissue procedures. Working next to a board-certified surgeon every day makes this an excellent place to grow clinically. Cases are managed collaboratively and mentorship is part of the culture, so this suits both experienced doctors and motivated new graduates. Appointments are 30 minutes, giving you time to practice thorough, quality medicine.
The schedule is flexible at two to four days per week, with one optional Saturday per month and no Sundays or on-call.
Whether you are a new graduate keen to learn from experienced doctors, or an experienced vet ready to hit the ground running and grow alongside a supportive owner, this is a rare opportunity.
