Doc-Side Veterinary Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland is hiring a veterinarian interested in a role focused on small animal medicine, soft tissue surgery, and dentistry to join our compassionate team. This is an ideal opportunity for a veterinarian who wants to advance their dental and oral surgery skills with hands‑on training and support, and is interested in growth within a well‑established, Fear Free certified practice . This veterinarian will split their time between seeing clients with a routinely scheduled day of procedural cases.

Doc-Side features 5 exam rooms, a dedicated surgery suite, and advanced diagnostic and dental equipment to support a heavy surgical caseload. Compensation is negotiable based on experience and relevant credentials with an annual base salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 plus a percentage of production, with additional compensation components which may be included such as sign-on bonus and other pay incentives.
