Attorney Position
A dynamic, full-service law firm in Union County, New Jersey seeks an attorney to join their team of experienced practitioners. This is a full-time, permanent position with a hybrid schedule and a base annual salary of $80,325 to $105,000.
Primary duties:
- Representing public entities in governance, compliance, and litigation matters.
- Provide counsel across practice areas including contracts, employment law, real estate, and litigation.
- Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, resolutions, pleadings, and policy memoranda.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support client needs.
- Engage with clients to provide tailored legal advice and solutions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver comprehensive legal strategies.
- Participate in community and public outreach initiatives.
Requirements:
- Admission to the NJ Bar
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
