Key responsibilities Review submissions and prepare quotes within underwriting guidelines and assigned authority Respond to agent inquiries regarding submissions, quotes, and policy changes Process renewals and endorsements, maintaining accurate records of policy changes and communications Required qualifications Entry-level experience in personal lines insurance, agency service, or underwriting support preferred Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities Clear written and verbal communication skills A willingness to learn and apply feedback while collaborating with teammates
