Requirements
High School Diploma or GED – Required
Bachelor's Degree – Preferred
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel) – Required
Bilingual (Spanish) – Preferred
Understanding of medical terminology and procedure codes (ICD-9/10) – Required
Knowledge of third-party insurances, government programs, and other insurance agencies for the purpose of obtaining necessary authorizations for treatment – Required
Excellent interpersonal, customer service, time management, and organizational skills – Required
