Associate Therapist (Fully Remote)

• Provide individual therapy sessions via telehealth, conducting comprehensive assessments and developing treatment plans.
• Collaborate with clients to set and achieve goals, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
• 100% remote work from home with flexibility to choose shift (10a-7p or 11a-8p ET), Monday-Friday only.

• Base salary of $60,000-$63,000, with potential for performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree and active licensure required; knowledge of mental health and substance abuse diagnoses.
• Experience with telehealth technology and comfort with virtual communication tools.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus; must have unrestricted work authorization in the US.
