Joining a new, dynamic team, the full-time Associate Tenant Researcher will investigate and profile commercial tenants in various markets, conduct phone interviews, and perform web research to support real estate professionals, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Investigate and profile commercial tenants occupying spaces in a geographical market Conduct daily phone interviews with tenants, owners, and real estate professionals Document tenant movement and maintain accurate tenant rosters for commercial buildings Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college Commitment to prior employers demonstrated through work history Major in real estate, business, management, or a comparable program Flexibility to work shifts aligned with ET, CT, MT, and PT time zones
