What You Bring
- 3-5 years of tech transactions experience at a peer firm
- Sophisticated drafting and negotiation skills
- Strong academic credentials; science/tech background a plus
- Bar admission in the state you are applying or ability to quickly waive in.
- Bonus: AI or machine learning legal engagement exposure
- Base compensation $260k - $365K, plus bonuses
