You'll be:Performing operations in a line team environment to deliver high-quality pharmaceutical products on time and in the right quantitiesSetting up and changing over high-speed bottling and packaging equipment, including mechanical changes and cleaningComplying with all workplace standards and safety procedures, including cGMPs, OSHA, SOPs, and company guidelinesInitiating equipment operating parameters to maximize production while meeting all product specificationsCoordinating with outside contractors and vendors as neededOperating and maintaining various packaging line equipment, such as bottle fillers, cappers, labelers, vision systems, and material handling equipment (forklift, walkie stacker, pallet jack, etc.)Completing and updating production documentation using systems such as SAP, MES, and EBRsTraining and supporting team members to foster a high-performance, team-oriented cultureThis job might be an outstanding fit if you:Have a High School Diploma or GED (required)Possess good written and verbal communication skills in EnglishAre willing to work overtime and different shifts as needed to support business and training demandsDemonstrate the ability to read, interpret, and follow workplace documentation (SOPs, operator manuals, work instructions, etc.)Have strong mathematical aptitude (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, metrics)Are motivated to learn and develop technical, communication, and teamwork skillsOnce you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
