Must be an expert in all SAP BASIS activities related to SAP AMS, SLT Replication, Solman support in EWA, managed system config, charm & technical monitoring, HANA support & upgrades, JAVA support, ABAP/JAVA Upgrades. Should be flexible enough to manage a team working in 20x7 support mode.
Excellent communication and client management skills. Responsible for entire BASIS delivery in the account, ownership and proactiveness is a must. Need to be hands-on on daily activities + work with offshore/onsite team.
