Associate Tech SpecialistPrimary responsibilities fall into the following categories:Provide technical support during the lifecycle of a project to implement the best technical solutionCreate and maintain end to end architecture artifacts including but not limited to, High Level design, interface design document, process design document, sequence diagrams, data flow diagrams and data modelsCreating clear, comprehensive, and high quality technical documentationDevelop and maintain technology roadmapMake strategic, long term technology decisions byRegularly evaluate current systems for capabilities, performance, scale, challenges, and growthRegularly engage with new and emerging technology stacksProvide hands on architecture leadership to development teams and serve as trusted advisor to Business teamsUnderstand the E2E architecture, processes, and data flows of the current RW systems environment and create corresponding architecture and technical documentationSkills, Experience and Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience5+ Years experience with integrating various systems including on prem, cloud based, internal and vendor hosted solutionsExperience designing software and infrastructure solutionsKnowledge of frontend & backend developmentExperience working with DevOps, IT Security, Compliance, Data Networks, and Site Reliability Engineering in the enterprise and with 3rd party vendorsExperience with design and architecture tools including but not limited to GSuite and VisioDesirable: AWS experience/expertiseExperience with microservices architecturesTelco experience
