Associate Tech SpecialistArchitect must be very strong technical person with the depth of the experience of Salesforce, Tableau CRM, Client/AI, and understanding/experience of Microservices architecture. Strong understanding and experience of Salesforce Sales and Services cloud and understanding Mulesoft. Ability to work closely with stakeholders, Analytics Dev team, stakeholders, Data Analysts, Enterprise/Solution Architects of AT&T apps as needed to develop technical solutions. Ability to jump in quickly to understand the requirement and find out dependencies and/or creating proof of concepts (POC).
Experience in working on multiple initiatives. Extensive knowledge/experience in Machine Learning (Client) / Artificial Intelligence (AI). Study Business Problem and recommend Client/AI solutions. Ability to learn new tools / components to recommend/build new journeys and metrics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to document and present ideas and complex technical solutions in a clear manner to peers, developers, and senior leaders
