Associate Team Lead

Technical Business Analyst

Perform role of scrum master and technical business analyst in the scrum team having 12+ members with Dev / QA background. Scrum Master responsibilities:

  • Conduct scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand Up, Sprint Demo, Sprint Retrospective, Sprint Planning)
  • Organize daily stand up, Sprint demo, grooming sessions.
  • Collaborate with other scrum teams to identify/create dependencies
  • Attend release planning meeting and take ownership of the features assigned scrum and provide valuable input.
  • Have strong knowledge of existing system operations including their specifications
  • Document process flows and system context diagrams for complex business scenarios or system interactions.
  • Owner of the velocity and capacity calculations of the team and starts/stops the sprints.

Technical BA responsibilities:

  • Facilitate all interactions that the team has with the Product Owner to gather and prioritize the requirements.
  • Collaborate with Lead engineers/ Technical Architect/Dependent systems and review high level EPIC / feature as shared by the Product Owner. Responsible for decomposing into clearly defined user stories from business-driven features for the scrum team to effectively deliver and test against.
  • Write the requirements as an user story with clear and testable acceptance criteria. Maintain and review the backlog on a regular basis.
  • Responsible for producing new or modified system specifications to be used by developers to realize the user story.
  • Maintain & update AID/wiki with API/Micro service documentation including request/response details.

Qualifications:

  • 7-10 Years of relevant experience.
  • BS in Computer science or equivalent experience
  • 4+ year of experience with Scrum master
  • 4+ years of experience with Technical Business analyst.
  • Knowledge of REST, JSON, XML, Relational Database, Microservices, APIs.
  • Experience with JIRA tools and Agile methodology.
  • Knowledge of Telecom domain and understanding of complex system design will be nice to have.
