Job Description
The Talent Management Associate is a key member of the Talent Management team who supports HR Business Partners and assigned client groups through employee lifecycle coordination, annual talent processes, headcount tracking, reporting, and day-to-day talent management support. This role partners closely with HR Operations, Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, Rewards, and Legal to deliver a responsive, accurate, and well-governed employee experience in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is process-oriented, highly organized, takes initiative, flexible, and eager to grow in a dynamic HR environment. This role is well suited for someone with foundational HR experience who is motivated to deepen their skills while supporting a fast-paced, evolving organization.
Primary Functions & Responsibilities
- Support Global/Lead HR Business Partner(s) in delivering HR support to assigned business/client groups
- Assist with routine talent management inquiries for designated employee populations, escalating more complex matters to senior HR Business Partners as appropriate
- Support routine operational HRBP activities, including employee lifecycle changes such as transfers, data updates, promotions, reporting changes, and related coordination
- Provide support for employee transition processes, including relevant documentation, coordination, and exit interviews
- Prepare and maintain monthly and quarterly reporting for relevant business units, including position management, headcount tracking, and hiring-related updates
- Develop working knowledge of relevant employment policies and processes and partner with HR Business Partners, HR Operations, and Legal as appropriate
- Support the Talent Management team with executing projects in support of the strategic agenda and annual priorities
- Support annual HR processes including performance management, promotions and calibration sessions
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree required
Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources
- HR Operational experience strongly preferred (Workday experience is a plus)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to synthesize information into clear, well-structured outputs

- Clear and professional communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear written summaries, polished presentations, and concise updates for HRBP and stakeholder discussions

- Strong ownership, accountability, and judgment, with the ability to determine when to elevate issues versus resolve independently
- Flexibility in working hours during peak periods and to support time-sensitive business priorities
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity, analysis, or work product is a plus

The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus. Note, the range takes into account a broad spectrum of qualifications, including, but not limited to, years of relevant work experience, education, and other relevant qualifications specific to the role.
