Associate Talent Acquisition Partner

Supporting recruiting efforts for U.S. and global teams, the remote Associate Talent Acquisition Partner will manage candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, and assist with early-stage screening in a full-time capacity. Key responsibilities Review resumes and identify qualified candidates for open roles Conduct initial candidate screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers Maintain accurate candidate records and support communication throughout the hiring process Required qualifications 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative support Familiarity with recruiting tools such as Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus Experience supporting U.S. recruiting or global hiring preferred Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Background in advertising, marketing, or client services environments strongly preferred
