Efficient is seeking an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner to join our HR and Recruiting team in support of hiring for semiconductor, AI hardware, software, and corporate roles. You’ll work under the Head of People Ops with mentorship from our Senior TA Partner and help scale recruiting as we grow.
You’ll manage coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate pipelines in Greenhouse, while delivering an outstanding candidate experience from outreach to onboarding.
