You will train alongside experienced operators to learn system operations, grid reliability, and energy balancing while working toward NERC certification. This role offers a unique entry point into power system operations, combining real-time decision-making, technical training, and hands-on experience in maintaining grid stability.This position is an excellent opportunity for entry-level professionals to launch and grow their career within the organization.
