Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Assist with support of infrastructure systems including networking, servers, hardware and software both on premise and cloudProactively maintain infrastructure systems to ensure maximum uptimeActively monitor systems for performance bottlenecks and resolve issuesMonitor, scan, and test systems for security vulnerabilities and resolve issuesSupport the administration of user directory and policiesAssist with infrastructure support of products managed by VRA Product TeamsSupport all client applicationsResearch, test, and install software updatesCreate and maintain documentation for implemented solutionsConfigure systems to adhere to SOX, PCI, and other applicable compliance initiativesIdentify opportunities for process improvement and develop and implement solutions that drive value for the organizationOn-call as needed to provide technical support to off-shiftsEducation and/or ExperienceAssociates/Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience1+ years of server administration experience and supporting enterprise applicationsCurrent certifications in cloud computing, modern infrastructure, or similar desiredExperience administering or supporting: Microsoft Exchange email environmentsMicrosoft 365 services and workloadsVirtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environmentsPhysical server hardware, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshootingCloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon Web Services (AWS)Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
