Associate – Structural Engineering

We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join a growing multidisciplinary practice in an Associate-level leadership role. This position combines technical leadership, project management, client engagement, and mentorship while supporting the continued growth of the regional team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead structural engineering projects across a variety of sectors and project scales.

• Oversee project delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and coordination.

• Develop proposals, fee estimates, and project strategies in collaboration with senior leadership.

• Build strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and project stakeholders.

• Provide technical guidance and participate in reviews of drawings, specifications, and reports.

• Mentor and support the development of engineers and project teams.

• Contribute to business development, pursuit efforts, and identifying opportunities for future work.

• Represent the firm at client meetings and relevant professional or industry events.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of structural engineering experience, including significant project or team leadership.

• Master’s degree in Structural Engineering or a related discipline.

• Active PE and/or SE license.

• Strong project management and client relationship skills.

• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.

• Interest and experience in business development and work-winning.
