📍 Remote (U.S.-based) | Occasional travel

The Role

• Support multiple client teams simultaneously

• Draft communications materials and media pitches

• Pitch reporters and assist with media outreach

• Help manage press events and rapid-response needs

• Contribute to business development and research

• Keep projects moving — even when priorities shift quickly

Qualifications

• Strong writing and research skills

• Ability to grasp complex subject matter quickly

• Highly collaborative and communicative within teams

• Understanding of the media environment and news cycles

• Ability to formulate creative communications strategies and messages

• Prior experience (whether internship or full-time) in a PR agency, journalism, politics, the legal industry, or association helps an application stand out.
