About the Role

The Associate Store Director partners with the Store Director to run the full operation: leading and coaching a large team of Editors and Key Leads, owning scheduling and payroll discipline, driving sales and customer experience metrics, and keeping the floor's energy at brand standard through Las Vegas tourist volume. The role is the succession seat for store leadership.

Who Should Apply

Retail leaders with multi-year management experience in beauty, fashion, or high-volume experiential retail; strong people-development instincts; and comfort with the operational side, inventory, loss prevention, and labor planning included. Full-time, on-site.
