We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our growing clinical team. This role is designed for a confident clinician who practices with independence and takes pride in clinical excellence. You will manage a well-established patient base, providing a wide range of services from preventive care to complex restorative and endodontic treatments. Education: DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
Licensure: Active dental license in good standing.

Competency: Comfortable performing root canal therapy on anterior and premolar teeth.
Professionalism: Exceptional communication skills, a high level of integrity, and a patient-centered approach to care.
Self-Management: Proven ability to work independently as a self-starter with excellent time management skills.
Job Description
Comprehensive Care: Perform detailed examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning for a loyal patient population.
Restorative Dentistry: Deliver high-quality restorative treatments, including fillings, crowns, and bridges.
Surgical Procedures: Perform simple and surgical extractions as clinically indicated.
Endodontics: Provide root canal therapy on anterior teeth and premolars; molar endodontics is highly encouraged.
Patient Education: Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventive strategies to ensure long-term positive outcomes.
Clinical Integrity: Maintain accurate electronic clinical documentation and strictly adhere to OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards.
Team Collaboration: Partner with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure efficient patient flow and a positive office atmosphere.

Shift & Schedule
Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Breaks: 60-minute daily meal break (non-working hour).
Weekends: Closed.
