Associate SEO Director

To support the growth of organic services, the full-time Associate SEO Director will manage client relationships, oversee SEO strategy execution, and lead a team of SEO strategists in a remote environment while collaborating on AI search recommendations. Key responsibilities Oversee management of key accounts and support business development efforts, including strategy presentations and proposals Directly manage and develop a team of SEO strategists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement Contribute to organic search innovation and process improvement initiatives for the agency and its clients Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in organic search engine marketing, preferably in an agency setting Proven leadership and team management experience with the ability to grow direct reports Strong proficiency in standard and enterprise SEO tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, and SEMrush Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects Proficiency in HTML preferred
