Associate Sales EngineerWe are looking for an Associate Sales Engineer to join Narmi's Growth team. You'll partner with financial institutions to understand their needs, demonstrate how Narmi solves their problems, and work cross-functionally to drive deals forward. You'll be the technical bridge between prospects and our product, engineering, and success teams.What You'll DoEngage with prospects to assess their technical capabilities, needs, and integration requirementsBuild and deliver compelling, tailored product demos and technical presentationsDraft thorough responses to RFPs and technical questionnairesStay current on competitor and partner solutions in the marketPartner cross-functionally with product, implementation, and customer success teams to develop solutions that drive revenue growthWhat You'll Bring2+ years in customer-facing technical roles (sales engineering, consulting, professional services) at B2B SaaS companiesStrong communicator with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiencesExperience working in or with financial institutionsTrack record of owning projects and working autonomouslyMastery of modern web technologiesProficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript and PythonWillingness to travel domestically up to 30% of the timeNice to HaveDegree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fieldPrior FinTech or banking technology experienceFamiliarity with digital banking platformsExperience with AWS, Node.js, React/React Native, Kubernetes, or PythonCompensationThe base pay range for this role is$80,000 - $95,000 per year. Base salary is only part of your total compensation. You will also receive sales commission for won sales opportunities. In addition to base salary and commission, you will receive an equity option grant, and are eligible for performance-based cash and equity bonuses.
Compensation included in an offer will be commensurate with the candidate's skills, experience and geographic location.
Compensation ranges for candidates located outside of New York City may differ. You will also receive a full benefits package.
