Supporting retrospective and prospective studies using electronic health record (EHR) and administrative claims data, the full-time Associate Research Analytics Analyst will contribute to evidence generation for Life Sciences clients while working remotely. Key responsibilities Support development of project kickoff decks and study protocols, and draft final study deliverables Track study progress, timelines, and deliverables while attending internal and client meetings Research and compile medical and drug code sets for studies, ensuring client-readiness of statistical output tables Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in healthcare/life sciences with a focus on outcomes research or relevant graduate degree (e.g., MPH) Strong writing skills with the ability to synthesize information from literature Outstanding critical thinking and listening skills Effective time management skills for handling multiple tasks simultaneously
