Young Life in San Diego, CA seeks an Associate Regional Director for the Southcoast Region to lead ministry efforts, develop staff, and engage volunteers. You will partner with the Regional Director to cast vision, grow diverse ministries, and fundraise for regional initiatives.
The ARD will supervise staff, build donor relationships, and implement regional trainings while maintaining Young Life policies and spiritual priorities. This is a full-time, on-site role in the Southcoast region.
