Associate Recruitment Partner

To support global hiring efforts, the permanent Associate Recruitment Business Partner will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Sales and Corporate functions, collaborating with hiring managers and leveraging technology to enhance talent acquisition efficiency while working remotely. Key responsibilities Deliver end-to-end recruitment across a portfolio of roles, ensuring quality and accountability at every stage Partner with hiring managers to define success profiles and strengthen hiring processes, promoting inclusive interview practices Utilize Greenhouse ATS for maintaining data integrity and pipeline visibility while enhancing candidate experience and managing multiple requisitions Required qualifications Some experience in full lifecycle recruitment, preferably in a high-growth, high-tech environment Hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS, including reporting and workflows Familiarity with AI tools in recruitment or a strong interest in learning them Understanding of structured interviewing and assessment best practices Ability to manage multiple searches effectively while maintaining quality and pace
