What You'll Do:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll own a full 360 desk, acting as a trusted partner to both clients and candidates across the STEM industries. Expect to:
- Build and manage your own client relationships
- Identify top-tier STEM talent for highly specialized roles
- Guide both sides through the full recruitment lifecycle
- Provide strategic hiring support to fast-growing startups and Fortune 500 leaders
- Influence hiring decisions that shape entire organizations
