Structured training program designed to build recruiting and sales skills * Coaching, mentorship, and hands-on learning from top producers * Source and engage physicians through calls, referrals, job boards, and online research * Support Recruiters with candidate sourcing, scheduling, and pipeline management * Track activity, notes, and outreach in the database * Learn physician staffing fundamentals including licensing, credentialing, and assignment flow * Develop recruiting and sales skills with the goal of promotion into a full Recruiter role
What It Takes to Excel * Strong phone presence and comfort speaking with new people daily * Bonus Points If You Have * 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or recruiting * Recent college graduate seeking a career in sales or recruiting * Experience using LinkedIn or other professional/social platforms * Solid Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
