Learn how to identify and engage top talent across Commercial, Clinical and Medical functions. Source and build pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and creative outreach strategies. Conduct candidate screenings and help assess technical and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience. Maintain accurate data within our ATS and CRM systems. Support client delivery by preparing candidate summaries and market insights.
Contribute to employer branding and talent engagement initiatives.
