As a Recruiter, you’ll be the ultimate connector— matching awesome job seekers with companies that are hiring fast. Basically, we are the human version of an algorithm-only way smarter and more charming 😉

What You’ll Actually Do:
- Find top talent using job boards, social media, cold calls, and networking
- Build real relationships with candidates (think: calls, DMs, coffee chats, repeat)
- Team up with sales to match candidates to open roles
- Negotiate pay, prep candidates, and help them land offers
- Keep everything organized in our systems (don’t worry — we’ll show you how)
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- Strong communication skills (you’re comfortable talking to anyone)
- Positive vibes, high energy & competitive spirit
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, goals-driven environment
