Global RE Platform - Valuations Associate
Role: Support the firm’s global valuations process across its opportunistic and core+ strategies — leading U.S. valuation execution, rolling up results across regions, and delivering valuation materials and analysis to internal and external stakeholders, while partnering closely with asset management, finance, and portfolio company teams.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and present DCF-based valuation outcomes by property, market, and sector globally
- Coordinate monthly/quarterly internal valuations; manage appraisal, independent valuation advisor, and audit processes
- Prepare quarterly valuation reporting and data analysis
- Support special projects on valuation strategy, new products, and third-party providers
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in a valuations role, ideally executing DCF valuations
- Strong analytical/quantitative skills; comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communicating directly with asset management and senior stakeholders
- Organized, able to manage competing priorities
- Strong writing/summarizing skills for senior audiences
