Associate Quality EngineerBoeing Global Services (BGS), Distribution Business, is looking for an Associate Quality Engineer to join our team in Hialeah, FL.Position Responsibilities:Responsible for meeting/exceeding customer quality metrics to ensure customer preferred supplier status.Conducts customer quality reviews with customers and internal BDSI organization.Leads technical calls with suppliersWorks in collaboration internally with supply chain and externally with the customer on supplier management work transfer processDrives root cause corrective actions (RCCA) with customers, suppliers and internal BDSI organization.Works to address non-conforming eventsWorks with customers on RMA products and submits documents for MRB approval.Writes quality plans for customer products.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Bachelor's Degree – Engineering or related field of study2+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of formal education, on-the-job training, and/or work experience1+ years of experience with execution of root cause corrective actions (RCCA)Ability and willingness to travel domestically up to 25% of the timeIntermediate or higher proficiency working with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel)This position must meet export control compliance requirements.
