In this role, you will support the studio through day-to-day tasks that help keep our teams on track.This will be a hybrid role working three days a week in our Renton, WA office.What You'll Do:Collaborate with internal partners to maintain timing and delivery of projectsServe as project management support for the production teamAttend weekly meetings adjusting schedules as necessary based on updatesWork cross-functionally to update our employee resources and set a cadence and process for regular updatesCollaborate with team members across the D&D organizationWhat You'll Bring:Professional experience in project management for an equivalently sized companyExperience planning sprint and agile based schedulesStrong working understanding of Microsoft Excel, SharePoint and project management tools such as SmartsheetA passion for continuous improvement and a high level of integrity and critical thinkingAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving work landscapeAbility to write effective communication for different levels within the organizationCapacity to remain organized, balance multiple projects and prioritize different tasks while not compromising on resultsStrong time management and problem solving skillsAdditional Details:Please note that this is a temporary assignment providing services to Wizards through an external staffing agency.
