Ideal candidates are early-career professionals with 2+ years of relevant experience and a passion for energy and sustainability.In this role, you'll assist senior project managers in overseeing technical teams, subcontractors, and project timelines from design through implementation. The position requires flexibility to travel and work onsite at client locations throughout the U.S., with occasional night shifts during project implementation.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport execution of energy projects to ensure on-time, on-budget deliveryCoordinate with engineering, design, and subcontractor teamsTrack and report project financials and timelinesReview and assist with contract and subcontract managementMaintain and update project schedules and deliverablesAttend design reviews and track meeting outcomes and action itemsManage field questions with the technical teamEnsure subcontractor compliance with safety standards and project specificationsAssist with commissioning, measurement and verification, and O&M planningContribute to client communications and relationship managementSupport business development during project development and deliveryQualificationsRequired:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical fieldMinimum 2 years of experience in construction project management or project engineering (a technical degree may substitute for some experience)Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore)Willingness and ability to travel (50–75%)Project location: Washington DC.
