Job Title: Associate Project Management Coordinator
Location: Newbury Park, CA/Remote
Duration: 14+ Months (Possible Extension)
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate strong Organizational and Communication skills
- Proficiency with AI (e.g., ChatGPT ), Microsoft (Outlook, Word, Excel )
- Meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic, Matrixed environment
- Associate’s degree and 2-3 years of Medical Publication or Project Management, or Editorial experience
- Salesforce proficiency (reporting tools)
